I thought you did a nice job getting him settled into this activity. Your pace was slow, and he was really connected to you. He was calm and relaxed at the beginning, and he body was co-regulating with you nicely. Did you see and feel this?

I thought your variations were nice and slow, and this was a good idea to really get him to co-regulate with you. he made a few mistakes but he repaired, nice spotlighting on your part.

I also loved how he continuously used his facial gazings with you at appropriate times.

How are you going to simplify the activity for him?

First, he is sitting on my legs. We use one cup. I hold his hand. It’s seem that he doesn’t big problem with that. He feel quite comfortable. Even sometime, he tried to control me. GOOD YOU ARE GETTING GOOD AT ASSESSING HIS LEVEL OF CO-REGULATION, SEE HOW HE IS IN AND OUT SOMETIMES. KEEP PRACTICING PLEASE.

Then we have our own cups. He control the cup by himself. I would like to know if he has the capacity to monitor me & co-regulate with me. It’s seem that he have the difficulty when we are seperately. HE DEFINITELY HAS IMPROVED AND HE IS CO-REGULATING WITH YOU THROUGH OUT THE VARIATIONS, THIS CLIP SHOWS IT.

What are the ongoing small variations?

Fast, slow, pause sometimes, go straigth, go around, round & round

We do also different activities: pouring waters, cleanning table, drink one cups, drink two cups.

It’s good only at the end. Nem has the difficulty in transition activities. He also still falling in this world sometime, during the activities, YES i SEE THIS BUT HE IS MORE CONNECTED WITH YOU THAN NOT.

What would you do differently?

I still think that it’s hard for Nem if we do activities seperately. It’s alright when I hold his hand & we do together. I don’t know should I keep hold his hand & we do it together or should we do seperately ? Could you pls advice? YOU SHOULD DO WHAT YOU FEEL IS NEEDED, YOU CAN HOLD HIS HANDS, LET GO, AND HOLD HIS HAND AGAIN, IT DEPENDS ON WHAT HE NEEDS IN THE MOMENT
